We make every attempt to process orders within 3 business days. If you want to request a cancellation or make a modification to your order, please email us at:

SHIPPING
We pay shipping on all domestic orders shipped UPS Ground within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). You will be billed for any other shipping service. If you require another service, please call us to let us know (1-800-360-3077) and we will calculate shipping costs, which will then be at your expense.
UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email. The charge for that item will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Out of stock items are not available for back-order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Should an item in our sale inventory be marked down within 14 days from the date of shipment, we will honor a one-time price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. Please contact us via email at

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly issue and exchange or refund for the value of merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Return shipping fees will only be credited if the return is due to defective merchandise or our error.
